 Did you even wonder who are the men and women of the Halesite Volunteer Fire Department? Well just look around - you will see that they are actually your neighbors. Yes, they are your neighbors who have chosen to serve their community by volunteering as a member of the Halesite Fire Department
To join, you need no special training, only a desire to help others. The Halesite Volunteer Fire Department will provide you with specialized training, equipment, turnout gear, pager and instructions in their use. But most important, you will be a part of a dedicated group of professionals, who live in the Halesite community, and who have made a commitment to assure that the lives and property of the community are well protected.
